11. We will send all requested materials to client/customer/author who paid or subscribed the journals or bought any book or related materials. However, and according to our policy, we will NOT refund afterwards, the customer will hold his/her own responsibility.

We also have the full right to reject or to publish accepted papers which are needed to the scientific community. Eventhough, the paymeny is not done or delayed or the author guaranties to make the payment later one (exception only).

In general, we only can cancel the order before any payment to be done.


• In some cases, there will be a delay during the mailing process, only.


• Authors should assume their own responsibility after publication the contribution contents (since they have agreed to send their contribution to our journal and we presume they went carefuly through the journal copyright and instructions).

 

• We do not accept claims or complaints when authors correct the galley proof and allow us to print his/her material.


• We send by surface mail the requested reprints.


• In most cases, invoice will be sent by email. We can make exception and send invoices by post.

 

• Even if the publication fees are paid, author should be prepared to answer quickly by email to our requests regarding the accepted manuscripts, if needed. We will contacted by email the author to provide us with additional information or to correct the English language to some parts or some terms of the submitted paper, if needed. Kindly note and in order to keep the high quality standard of our scientific journal, we reserve the righ to postpone the publication of the same paper if the answer to our request is delayed or ignored. However, as soon as we receive clear answers to our request we will publish the improved version of the paper in one of the upcoming issues of the journal.


• We will use only the mailing address that was provided by our customers.


• The client/customer/author should send the full and correct mailing address. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for the lost of the material.


• We will not resend again the same material. If this will happen extra fee is requested.


• Once the payment is done client/customer/author should accept the offer of the current year.

 

• Subscribers should expect the hard copies of the scientific journal during (Winter; Spring, Autumn). Any delay in subscription will result in the late mailing of the hard copies of the scientific journal.

 

 

12. For any force major, our customers or clients should be prepared to notice disconnection time to time on our website or email communication due to some technical problems above us. We are not in the position to refund the client in such case. However, we will respond by email most of the request.

 

13. Once a contract is signed, The World Food Ltd, ISFAE, WFL Publisher will never accept any disagreement or broken contract. The assistant, helper, worker or a trainee must fulfil his/her commitment accordingly. The work must be done according to the contract. If the contract is not respected, we reserve the full right to ask for compensation in terms of financial cost or technical assistance.

 

 

Copyright, licenses and idea submissions:

 

14. The entire contents of the service and products or materials are copyrighted under the law. The owner of the copyright is The World Food Ltd, ISFAE, WFL Publisher. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the service solely for your own non-commercial use.


15. Any other copying, redistribution, retransmission or publication of any downloaded material, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of The World Food Ltd, ISFAE, WFL Publisher.


16. You agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the service. The World Food Ltd, ISFAE, WFL Publisher may assign its rights and duties under this agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

About publications

 

25. Copyright:
• The articles, reviews or chapters published in our journals or books are protected by Copyright of World Food RD, WFL Publisher and the following terms and conditions apply to their use. All rights are reserved.

We reserve the right to publish any received material such as chapter, article, review, advertisement, announcement or information under a specific conditions, at any time and after modifications and improvement.

 

-In case the author wants to withdraw his/her contribution such as article, review, chapter (after receiving the letter of acceptance), from the journal and/or book, he/she should send by DHL or EMS post an official and signed letter with reasons. We do not accept emails.

Otherwise the accepted (paper reviewed and improved by reviewers and our staff) paper might get published and the author will NOT get any copy of the journal unless he/she will pay the publication fees.

 

 

Online abstract:
The World Food RD, WFL Publisher reserve the right to put in the online abstract only the second name of the author and / or co-author as it appears in the original full article (submitted by the author(s)). We therefore hold the author(s) and/or co-author(s) fully reponssible if their second name(s) are incomplete or wrong.

 

Author(s) and co-author(s) should always put their full and complete names and surnames and indicate clearly the second name as a family name. According to the journal instructions.

The author(s) and / or co-author(s) should know very well the journal instructions and when they accept to publish their paper in JFAE, they must assume their full responssibilities.

-We reserve the right to change the date receiving or/and the date of acceptance of the manuscript according to the schedule of reviewers and ours too. Authors should rely mainly on the dates existing in the printed/published journal.

We will neither accept complaints nor threats, and we will not respond any inquiry about this case.

 

No part of our journals or books may be reproduced in any form without the written permission of the WFL publisher. We only allow promoting and advertisement of all our publications worldwide, and agents/representatives or distributors will be rewarded by getting commission when agreed with World Food RD, WFL Publisher /ISFAE.

 

Authorization:
• To photocopy items for subscribers/ ISFAE members grant personal use of a specific client. This consent does not extend the copying for general distribution, for advertising or promotional purposes, for creating new collective works or for other enquiries. (2) A galley proof of your article (as pdf file only ) will be sent by email before the final print for a quick check, only. Please, make sure of sending us all your emails and the correct and complete postal address. The hard copy of the journal will be sent only once, kindly send us the correct and complete mailing address. We will not be in a position to resend again the same copy of the journal or the requested reprints as this will cost us extra. Author should bear the extra costs.

(3) We might contact you incase we need further information concerning your contribution (we also may ask additional information). We reserve the right to place your theme under the appropriate subject area in the journal. (Commentary or Food & Health or Agriculture or Environment or News & Information).

 

(4) Incase we do not receive the answer at our request we will postpond the publication of your paper eventhough if it has been accepted for publication and the publication fees were paid. Therefore, Your quick answer will be very much appreciated to avoid any delay in the publication process. Incase the publication is postpond there will be additional fees to be paid. Kindly supply us with all your email addresses.

 

In case, we receive very late your payment, we might make few exceptions and print your paper without sending you any galley proof since our experts and editorial board went through the manuscript several times (you will hold your own reponsibity). Sometimes, we can be in a position to stop for a short time the printing work to add your contribution in the printing process.


(5) When sending a cheque or making credit card payment kindly add 20 euro (handling and bank charges). Please, note that we need to receive the full and fixed sum in euro, bank charges to be paid by customer (we will not accept less payment than requested, the paper will be postpond until full payment in euro is done).

 

(6) In case the author wants to withdraw his/her contribution such as article, review, chapter (after receiving the letter of acceptance), from the journal and/or book, he/she should send by express, DHL or EMS post an official and signed letter with reasons. We do not accept emails in such case. Otherwise the accepted (paper reviewed and improved by our reviewers and our staff) paper might get published and the author will NOT get any copy of the journal unless he/she will pay the publication fees.

 

(7)- Incase the publication fees are not paid before the deadline, Your paper will not be published. Additional fees will added for postpond publication of your paper.

About Workers or Trainees (person):

 

26. ISFAE Ry / World Food OY reserve the right to shorten the work or the training period or to terminate the contract of the worker or a trainee or the exchange student. We have the right to cancel the contract before starting the work or during the work. We also have the right to terminate the contract from one side for the following reasons:

- if the person does not show any further interest towards the work.

- if the person's plan are illegal and do not convey to the agreement.

- If the person will neither respect the signed commitements nor the rules or the instructions of the work in the office.

- If the person is damaging the office materials, documents or equipments.

- No certificate will be given once the contract is broken or terminated from one side.

- A complaint against the person will made immediately to his/her school / faculty.

- The full name of the person will remain in the website as an ex-assitant, despite all.

- Full details of the person will be given to the next employee and so on.

 

27. If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is invalid, unenforceable or illegal, such provision shall be severed, and the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
