The scientific Journal of Food, Agriculture & Environment (JFAE) provides a platform for the dissemination of information on all aspects related to food, health, agriculture & environmental sciences (read more).

You are cordially invited to contribute to our scientific journal "J. Food, Agriculture & Environment" manuscripts on original research work, critical or short reviews in food science, nutrition/health, agriculture and environment. The journal also considers manuscripts on biotechnology, ethical and socioeconomic issues related to modern agricultural or environmental sciences (Read more). The journal offers advertisement space for special announcements from, and employment opportunities, products, materials, machines, instruments etc.

Please note that you should send your manuscript to at least two external reviewers before you submit it to our journal. The full name and address(es) including emails of the two reviewers must be mentioned on the letter.

Non-reviewed manuscript, inadequately or incorrectly prepared manuscript will be rejected. The English of the manuscript must be checked by at least two English scientists or language specialists. However, we might assist some scientists in language check against payment (if needed).

All manuscripts must be submitted in English. Submitted manuscripts that do not conform JFAE instructions will not be considered. A manuscript number is assigned to each manuscript, which will be sent to the corresponding author. Always refer to the manuscript number when corresponding with JFAE Editorial office.

What to do:

A. Before submitting your contribution:

• Send us by email a short abstract with some key words.

B. Please follow carefully the below:

• You should send your full manuscript to 2 or 3 experts to review the manuscript.
• You may send us by email or by air mail the corrected and improved version of your article (if your article contains symbols, equations, graphs etc.).
• Please use 300 dpi to 600 dpi when scanning your photos or graphs to avoid bad printing quality. Kindly reduce the size of your file.

• The editor reserves the right to edit the text and may suggest additional illustrations, if needed.

C. Include the below documents when submitting your contribution.

• The manuscript should be accompanied by a letter of transmittal (sent by email or by air mail), in which the author may specify the full name and the mailing addresses of reviewers who have reviewed the manuscript.
• Three to more potential referees including their complete addresses, phone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses, and areas of expertise.

• Once the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will be informed by email. The author will be asked to pay the publication fees as soon as possible and to send us the signed copyright form which can be downloaded from www.isfae.org. Please check the publication fees section (click).
• Please write correctly all mailing address aw well as email, this will avoid the mailing problem.
• We will not re-send the same journal twice. Please make very sure of sending us the complete postal addresses of you and the co-author.

D: Note

• Our office must receive the copyright and the payment before the manuscript goes for print. Please make sure that the requested documents are timely received in order to avoid delay in publication of your article. Thereafter, we will send by air mail a free copy of the journal (mailing cost will be included) to the correspondent author only.

• If the payment is to be done by cheque or draft, kindly add 40 euro per each. Thus make a foreign payment (all/full charges to be paid by the customer) or to pay by credit card such as Visa or Master Card.

Only accepted manuscripts will be published between 3 and 5 months.
